Zarafa, the leading European provider of open source groupware and collaboration software, is pleased to announce its eighth presence at the CeBIT. The world's largest trade fair, showcasing digital IT and telecommunications solutions, will take place in Hanover, Germany from March 5-9, 2013.

Helmuth Neuberger, Director of Zarafa Germany, says: “Besides integrations with Linux distributions such as Red Hat, SUSE and Canonical, we have been working successfully with Univention for many years. That is exactly why Zarafa will be at the shared Univention booth (no. E16, Hall 6, Open Source Park), together with several ecosystem partners. We will showcase the 1.3 version of our enterprise web client, the Zarafa WebApp [ ]. In addition, visitors will be able to experience how easy Zarafa’s open source groupware suite can be installed in the Univention App Center, which, together with UCS, represents an economic alternative to the MS Small Business Server”.

Other solutions which will be exhibited at the Univention booth are ownCloud, a private cloud integrated in Zarafa’s WebApp, DRDB by Linbit, often used in Zarafa’s HA-setups, the OpenSource Service-Management Suite by c.a.p.e. IT and LibreOffice. Next to Zarafa’s Gold Partner LINET Services, open source service provider DECOIT and the Hamburg-based system house DIGITEC, both business partners of Zarafa, will also be present.

Zarafa partner bitbone AG will demo its Zarafa Cloud solution at IBM’s Cloud Computing Zone, Hall 2 (A10 DP65).

Z-Push ( ), Zarafa’s ActiveSync implementation, enables enterprises to benefit from the best cross platform mobile compatibility ( ) and connect e.g. iOs, Android phones and Windows Mobile smart phones.

The Zarafa Archiver ( ) allows enterprises to cope with the ever increasing growth of email storage. This product dramatically minimizes the mail store of heavy users by moving old messages to slower and thus cheaper storage.
