Borland released Kylix Open Edition

Borland today announced the release of Kylix Open Edition, a version of the company's rapid application development software package optimized for building Open Source programs. It uses an open source libraries.
CLX libraries are under the GPL license, so, any applications that are built with a CLX library must make their sources freely available and distribute them under the terms of the GPL license. Full information at Borland's Kylix Open Edition product page.
