The folks over at Tech Tower IRC have re-designed their network for the purpose of providing a place just for Open Source projects.

Along with their support of the Open Source community, they are also allowing the users on the network a say in how it is ran, by holding periodic meetings in public channels to see how users feel about the networks actions.
